[Forum] Admin login not working after upgrade 3.6 - 4.1

I installed 4.1 as per instructions, and all apeared to go well, no fault's reported.
When i try to login as admin it greets me with my admin name, but it just reverts to the same login screen over and over again.

what I tried so far: (with no luck)
    -reinstalled database
    -repaired database
-resend login details and reset password (mails it out ok & resets ok, but same issues logging in)

    thanks
    Rainer

It sounds as complicated issue, I advice you to post a ticket.

Did you install or upgrade? It's not clear what you did.

Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)

I upgraded. I can login to the bulletin board, but when I want to login to the admin cp it re-represents me with the login screen "redirecting, thank you for logging in" and than the same screen again. I have also tried tools.php to see if it can be fixed from there and also used firefox which does the same thing.

        thanks

If you can log into thew forums, then check the Show Leaders page to make sure you are still in the Administrators group.

I'm having the exact same issue....I was at 4.07 and went to the latest 4.12 I believe. I was able to login perfectly fine with the 4.07 into my admincp, however after the upgrade, I get the message of welcome UnForSaken and then back to the login prompt. I have done the tools.php and reset my cookies domain, deleted my cookies/cache, tried 5 seperate browsers on 3 seperate machines and a secondary admin account, still on luck. Any other suggestions?

Are you using www.domain.com or domain.com?
              Vote for:

              - Admin Settable Paid Subscription Reminder Timeframe (vB6)
              - Add Admin ability to auto-subscribe users to specific channel(s) (vB6)

I'm having the same issue with one of my Administrators. She can access AdminCP via IE but not Firefox.
