That doesn't happen in a default style, you have a modification doing that.

Try disabling all modifications then refresh that page to make sure it disappears. Then, enable one modification at a time, refreshing the page after each until you find the one that's causing this.

You need to contact vBulletin as this issue is directly related with them. Your vbseo_buttons_fix.css template is not included in showthread-rollup.css
