Check your forum url in AdminCP > Settings > Options > site name/url > forum url

Take a look at the page source and see where they are looking for the css files.

Are they in the filesystem or database? If filesystem, is the vbulletin_css directory chmod to 777?

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

Look at the page source of any page that isn't showing the css.

The css files are not in the filesystem, I guess the files are in the database. What should do next ?

And does the link in your source code work ? If it doesn't, then that is your problem - your urls to the css is incorrect.
