Revert your css file?

I've run into similar errors in the past, don't recall how to fix though. I don't know if it has to do with the forum URL :/

Any other takers?
I have tried replacing current files with backed up ones (just before upgrade attempt)
I have tried replacing with the 4.0.8.2 files i had used for the last update a week or 2 ago.
I have tried replacing with the latest 4.1.0 files.
I have the forum running again. I just dont seem to have any CSS being called up.

Noticed this when looking at page source.

Code:
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="[URL="http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/view-source:http://www.ftw.net.au/css.php?styleid=1&langid=1&d=1291515323&td=ltr&sheet=bbcode.css,editor.css,popupmenu.css,reset-fonts.css,vbulletin.css,vbulletin-chrome.css,vbulletin-formcontrols.css,"]http://www.ftw.net.au/css.php?styleid=1&langid=1&d=1291515323&td=ltr&sheet=bbcode.css,editor.css,popupmenu.css,reset-fonts.css,vbulletin.css,vbulletin-chrome.css,vbulletin-formcontrols.css,[/URL]" />
Seems a little weird no?

I had that happen once a few years ago, but my solution ended up being a hosting problem. Something strange on their end. But I can't, for the life of me, remember what they told me it was.

I dont expect it to be the host though.
This only happened after i tried to do the upgrade.
Got me how stumped how to fix it.
I have tried deleting all themes and installing just one new one.
That did not help.

Have you tried deleting all cookies and cache after logging out and doing a hard reset of your browser?

I dont think its that mate. Check the url for yourself.

I have tried using a proxy to bypass cookies etc and same.

Are you storing your CSS Stylesheets as files or in the db?

That happens when you have the wrong forum URL setting. You need to set the correct forum URL here:

Admin CP -> Settings -> Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details -> Forum URL
