Oke everytime a members posts on my forum it wont show as i have to validate it first . were can i disable it so they can post and vieuw it anytime ? i have version 4.0.8

Every post by every user in every forum?
Check your usergroup settings and make sure "Follow Forum Moderation Rules" is set to No if you don't want them moderated.
