    [Forum] No CMS pages

I get following information while upgrading from 3.8 chinese version.

After the upgrade, there is no CMS part.
Please advice to get the cms page.

My licence is for CMS, too.

    Step 6) Install/Upgrade CMS
    Installing product file...

You have a bad XML file. Reupload all the XMS files in ASCII format and make sure you overwrite the ones on the server.

Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)

      Thank you for your advice.

I redownload the files, and this time I did't change to UTF-8, just reuploaded the xms files in ASCII,

      I got same message.

      Installing product file...
XML Error: not well-formed (invalid token) at Line 3222

Would you adivice if there are any specific files to check?

You still have a bad file. You need to reupload those files until you no longer get that error.

I'm afraid that is still a bad XML file. Either that or PHP on your server is not compiled with XML support. If you are absolutely sure the file was uploaded correctly, then the next step is to contact your host.
