[CMS] Adding a new article Page

I would like to add a new article page just like the home page and with a new navbar button is there an easy way for a complete idiot to do this I do not know any coding I can handle simple things but not some of what I found in the search

There are a couple of articles and some modifications over on vbulletin.org, the modification site, for adding navtabs. So, I guess you would create your article and then just add a navtab to link to it?

Thanks for getting back to me I guess I did not word the question well. I would like to add a CMS page just like the article home page but with a new navtab. I was not sure that would be possible or within my limited knowledge of this stuff.
