[Forum] 4.0.8 Database Errors

Every now and then I would get database errors on my forum. After a recent upgrade to 4.0.8 I have noticed it more often. Any suggestions? Should I rebuild the database and how?

Well if you show us the error then we might be able to point you in a right direction.

For future refrence, we always need the full database error message to debug the issue.
