[CMS] How do I add latest posts etc to the CMS?

I have it on the forum, but how do I add it on the CMS?

Use the 'Recent Posts' widget.

Admin CP -> vBulletin CMS -> Widgets -> Create New Widget -> Recent Posts

Then go back to the Widgets and click on the 'Configure' link for that one. Makes any changes you deem appropriate, then save the results.

After that, go into the Layout Manager:

Admin CP -> vBulletin CMS -> Layout Manger

Edit the layout you are using, then drag that Widget to the place you want this to appear.

I was able to add categories and recent forum threads, but for some odd reason I can't add recent blog posts.

In the 'Widget Type' dropdown, there should be one for Recent Blog Posts - do you have this? Or is it that you have the widget but it's not displaying entries?
