When I try to upload plagin "This file appears to be a Product, not a Plugin. Please use Manage Products to add this file." massage show in 4.0.8.I enable plugin from Plugin/Hook System.But same problem.Any one can advice me ?

Try to import the plugin file from Manage Products section and not from Plugin Manager. That should do it.
