[Forum] vbCMS forum Permission Issue

Ok, up until yesterday everything was working fine, suddenly without warning some members are receiving permissions errors when trying to view the posts in vbCMS Comments forum.

Is there more than one place to set permissions for this?

Can you see that forum using a test user or as an unregistered user? The permissions would be set either per usergroup or on the forum permissions page for that forum/usergroup.
