[Forum] Forum Hack and admin password

Hello,

My forum has been hack before 2 days.They took my cpanel and admincp and also change email address. I recover it by host provider but I cant access in my forum with admin Id.I change config.php file and add my email address but when I want try recover my admin pass this massage shown "You have not entered an email address that we recognize. Please try again or contact the administrator."


Please help me

Do you have database access via phpMyAdmin? If so, log in to the database, go into the User table, locate your admin username, edit the record, and change the email address back for that user to whatever email address you want it to be. Save the record, then use the lost password page to reset your password.
