[CMS] Articles download as pdf file and print button

looking for a way to make my users 2 options
1st - to download the articles
in the cms as pdf file..

2nd - make print icon button on every article ..

Sorry for the bump in an old thread but I always thought this came with vb4? But I'm proven wrong because I can't find it. Was there a time in beta this was there?

There are a lot of ways to do this via browser plug ins... not sure I see the value in it. Another option would be to just cut and paste the article into a Word document, save it to PDF, and upload it as an attachment. That is not as simple as a built in feature, but isn't horribly hard to do either.

There was a plugin for downloading threads as PDF over at vbulletin.org but this has never been built into the software by default

I know it would be a little clunky, but you could add a PDF attachment of the article for printing out.

It requires some third party libs be compiled into your software, I think there might be licensing restrictions as well. vBulletin.org is still your best bet.
