[Forum] How to make IFRAME inside vbulletin?

Hi there,
how can I make IFRAME inside vbulletin?What I want is to have link at navbar and when it click,IFRAME will appear below the header.Because I want to link it with other website.Example like picture bellow and hope someone can solve this problem.Thanks

I don't know. But have you tried simply using the Ad Manager?
