[Forum] I just killed my forum with this error :- Any help pls

I installed a 3.8.4 mod onto my 4.0.6 by accident.

And killed the forum, i have disabled hooks via config and can now access the admin

But I am getting this error

Fatal error: Call to a member function can_view_notifications() on a non-object in /home/robbiez/public_html/test/includes/block/html.php(95) : eval()'d code on line 2

Any help on this please

That's from an sidebar Block.Delete it
