    [Forum] setting up caching mechanism script?

    Hello,
    Actully Today My forum went down due to heavy load on ther server so I contacted my host and the said that: My scripts were causing a heavy load on the server which spiked it to a 30. load on the CPU which caused the problem, and i need to set up some sort of caching mechanism script. Thats why I'm posting this theard if someone can help me with setup of caching mechanism script or provide me any plugin or mod?

          You've provided no relevant information at all. What version of what software are you running on what platform? How is it configured and tuned? What does "went down" mean exactly?
