[CMS] Images embedded in BBCode in articles not viewable to unregistered

In my CMS, the images and youtube videos embedded in BBCode in articles not viewable to unregistered users and those not logged in.

This is not an issue on the forum, just in the articles on the CMS. I fiddled with the CMS permissions and the Usergroup permissions with no luck.

Any insight?
