Dear Where I Change To White Color , I need to all blue color

AdminCP > Styles & Templates > *Select your style choose StyleVars form the drop down box then hit go*

Now in the stylevars scroll down until you see Threadbit, look for the vars threadbit_background, threadbit_alt_background, and threadbit_hilite_background and the hilite one chages the sticky, the alt does the different color behind the Replies & Views etc and the regular threadbit_background is the other one for non-sticky threads.

just install this: http://getfirebug.com/ then all you have to do is right click on that area "inspect element" and it will show you the "class" to look for. Makes my life easier when skinning..
