    Thanks for the update, I will give it a try but for me the issue is different I think.

    The adds place everywhere except under the navbar. They never show there, and if I set them to go in the header it doesnt matter if I choose right or left side they always align right and right at the top of the page.

          Why don't you just use the ad_location templates, that way you're not depended on the built in vb admanager

            Because the adds won't show under the navbar! I have edited the templates directly and the adds still dont show.

                Does anyone here Know how to ensure all ads (or links) open in a seperate tab or window ? I really don't like to make people wonder away from my site after so much effort to get them here.

                BTW, I recently discovered that the reason my google ad filter was not working is that I had a adware issue that was redirecting my google ads to make them those anoying smileys that talk when you hoover over them. the malware was replacing my google ads with banners from these sites
