We can't guarantee that any changes to the PHP code will be supported in future versions. You will need to expect to re-apply them after every upgrade.

I'm going to do a massive edit to my 4.0.X CMS VB system and was wondering if this is really worth it before 4.1 is coming up. Is there any chance I will need to do a complete new edit when version 4.1 will be available?
