You can put them in the censored words list - vboptions > censorship options

Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager and go to any usergroup and all the sig stuff is in "Signature Permissions". You can disabled whatever you want in there.vBulletin - Sometimes, I'm just like, Wow, and then I'm like, Whoa, and then I'm like, Damn.
