I just purchased vBulletin 4 and am on version 4.0.5.
When I try to select the icon that allows you to insert images i get the popup that gives me the choice of From Computer or From URL.
If I select files from my computer they will not load. Regardless if i select 1 or more images. The images are small, less than 100k. I have the limit set to 8MB to make sure it wasn't that.
The error I get is: 403[IOErrorEventType="ioerror" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2text="Error#2038"]
Now if I select Basic Uploader, I can load the images 1 at a time without error.

On the same subject, I have several users that do not see the "My Computer" option. they only see the "My URL" option. I checked with one of the more advanced users and he and I are both running Windows 7 with Internet Exlorer 8.
