Style issue after upgrading 3.8.1 to 4.0.5

Make sure the following in set correctly:
ACP -> Settings -> Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details -> Forum URL
And also set the following:
ACP -> Settings -> Options -> Style & Language Settings -> Store CSS Stylesheets as Files? -> No
If you change it back to yes, you must ensure that you have a directory called 'vbulletin_css' inside the 'clientscript' folder, and that the web server has permission to write and delete files within that directory, i.e., 777 the vbulletin_css directory. -
