[Forum] fb: Could not find phrase 'Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file.'.

I have the suite installed on my site.

Whenever I try to log in using my facebook credentials, I get the following error:
    Code:
The following errors occurred during your registration
Could not find phrase 'Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file.'.
I've contacted the host and asked them to set up my temp folder under upload_tmp_dir in php.ini and they've indicated to me that they have done so. Yet I am still getting the same errors. Please help.

Much to my dismay, the problem did not miraculously fix itself overnight. I am quite unpleasantly surprised by this as I wake up for yet another day.

Have you updated the path to this folder in AdminCP > Settings > Options > Server Settings and Optimization Options > Safe Mode Temporary Directory?

Yes, it still gives me the same error.

I am able to register a new account using facebook, but when I try to link my existing account with my facebook, I get the error.

I'm just going to keep bumping this every 24 hours until someone from vBulletin provides some support.

Is there a phone number I can call to get support with this issue?

Can you please check your email address - I am responding to your email but getting an error due to your antivirus filter

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.
