Since upgrading to 4.0.4 (from 4.0.2), the "Save" button under the quick edit box does not work.

In more detail, when a user clicks the button, the page appears to be doing something but instead will get stuck at the loading stage forever. If they click "Go Advanced" and submit the edited post from there it saves immediately and returns to the previous page just fine.

Are you using a mod because the only two buttons are 'Post Quick Reply' & 'Go Advanced'

No not quick reply. Quick edit.

If you click the "Edit Post" button there is a save button for once you're done.

I also got this problem.

Click on Save button when using Quick Edit mode, the waiting icon spin forever and don't save anything.

Even disable hook option do not solve problem

Another admin on my site said he had to update the javascript src in the headinclude template.

I will reply back when I get more details.

Just revert your headerinclude (save the edited copy).
