[Forum] REALLY ANNOYING DATABASE ERRORS!!! On submitting new thread!

Since the update to 4.0.4 or maybe it was 4.0.4 PL1...

Everytime .. or almost everytime I submit a new thread on my site, I get the following database error and the thread isn't posted. This is irritating and my forums is becoming less of a forums and more of a ghostown because of this.

    Database error
The database has encountered a problem.
    Please try the following:
Load the page again by clicking the Refresh button in your web browser.
Open the www.brotherhoodofgamers.com home page, then try to open another page.
Click the Back button to try another link.
The www.brotherhoodofgamers.com forum technical staff have been notified of the error, though you may contact them if the problem persists.

    We apologise for any inconvenience.
How would I go about fixing this?
PLEASE someone help me out here.

To view the actual database error, you need to View Source of the page that you have quoted some text from.

That quoted text tells us nothing about the error.

Yeah, but I only have like 20 guests and like 5 members on the site at any given point maximum. So I don't see how thats such a big impact or am I wrong?

You didn't say how many connections you're allowed, but normally you should be able to handle 100 users with 25, or at least a 4 to 1 ratio. However, some mods can open a db connection and forget to close it. Or you may be running something like a chatbox that encourages users to stay on and hit the db.

This is the global server limit being reached, this is an issue with your host.

I don't think there's any way to see what's going on with a shared account, your only option will be to contact your host and hopefully they'll check the logs and give you some script names. If it turns out to be a specific mod, you should report it in that mod's thread.
