[Forum] Random bold text issue

On my board, we are having a problem with random bolded text. For instance, someone will post something in a normal font and it will just randomly show up as bold.

Also, some of our forum descriptions are bolded and others are not.

I have attached a couple of screen shots so that you can see what I am talking about.

What can I do to fix this? Is it a bug?

I would guess you have an unclosed <b> tag somewhere on the page that is causing the issue.
