[Forum] How to search for threads with 0 replies?

    Hi

    1) I need the search URL to search for threads with zero replies.

    2) Is it possible to define via the URL that the threads searched for should not be older then x days or weeks?

Because I run a medical help forum and besides the "what's new" tab I want an "open help requests" tab in the navbar
which searches for threads in specific forums (excluding forums with "&exclude=xx,yy,zz") which have not yet been answered.

The ideal would be to exclude threads older then 1 Month from this search.

    Please help

If you use this URL, this will get you the 'zero replies':

    search.php?do=process&contenttype=vBForum_Post&replyless=1&replylimit=0

Regarding the second point, think you've added the wrong links there...

      Thanks for answering question 1.

What about question 2, is this possible?

Shouldn't that have a &cache=1 at the end of it, also?

Since 4.0.4 the ability to search for threads with 0 replies was added again.
However for this search the exclusion of forums parameter does not work.

          my url is:

          Code:
          search.php?do=process&contenttype=vBForum_Post&replyless=1&replylimit=0&exclude=10,11,12,13,14,15
          Bug Issued: klick

If anyone knows how to fix this (e.g. file edits) PLEASE let me know.
I don't want to wait 2 more month+ for this to be fixed.

          Help is really appreciated

That is because the "exclude" option has not been added back since they stripped it out for vBulletin 4.0.0, even though they added back the "zero replies" option back in 4.0.4.

              It works in "what's new"

Any idea on how to add it manually so that exclude works for 0 reply search?
