[Forum] Disabling Quick Navigation Hides "Post New Thread" button at bottom of page

Couldn't see this anywhere, so apologise if it has already been mentioned.

I've just upgraded to 4.0.4 and turned off Quick Navigation and saw that the Post New Thread button is hidden after it is turned off.



I turned Quick Navigation back on, and it's back where it should be.



I thought it was me so I created a new default style, and also tried a few different browsers and they all are doing the same. Can anyone confirm this ?

Just bumping this to see if someone else can confirm it's doing the same for them. If so I'll log it as a bug.
