Only on your main forum page? Most users will put the code on the bottom of their footer template. But, if you want it only on the main forum page, you would want to put a condition around it also - <vb:if condition="THIS_SCRIPT == 'index'">your code</vb:if>

Just open up the footer template and add it to the bottom. You may need to put <vb:literal> tags around it:
