I searched the whole forum but I found solution.

I set ,,Mod Rewrite Friendly URLs,, in setting forum and url looks as follows:

/threads/4109-čeština-ve-fóru

How do I set that url without (čřžýáíéúů etc.). Can this vBulletin?

/threads/4109-cestina-ve-foru

What is your Unicode settings for Friendly URL?

AdminCP -> Settings -> Options -> Friendly URLs -> Friendly URL Unicode [Ignore/Convert/Strip]

I tried all the variants setting in (AdminCP -> Settings -> Options -> Friendly URLs ) but no change on the Web.

I don't think the default vBulletin friendly URL system will do what you want. vBSEO does have a system in place to replace non-English characters with English characters, which I believe is what you are looking to do.

If I'm wrong, someone can correct me...

Otherwise, to get more specific help, file a support ticket with vBulletin to get a direct answer. (Forum posts aren't always going to get 100% response rate.)
