Have you checked the user-agent of the user in "Who's Online"? As it may be they are connected with your forum using more than one web browser.-- Wolfshead Solutions - Closed down permanently as of 1/7/2013.

I'm trying to show who's online but regardless of who's actually online, it's only showing myself. when I go to http://mysite/forum/online it shows just me as logged in even though there's several others.... -
My Who's Online feature is not working. Only shows the logged in member as being online.
