Permissions in sections randomly turn themselves off. Is this a bug in 4.02?

Also while working on trying to get my sections to show up and working on a mac on firefox it would not work ( 1 day I will not get back to my life) It does however work when I go to explorer on the PC.

I haven't heard anyone else mention permissions randomly getting turned off.

I use firefox on my Mac and haven't noticed any issues trying to get sections to show up. Exactly what are you doing and what is, or isn't, happening?
