[Forum] Lost all graphics in my admin control panel

Hi, and thank you for trying to help me. I had PhotoPost Pro installed today, and although the installer says that problem has nothing to do with PhotoPost Pro, I explained to him that the problem only happened AFTER the install. Well, here is the problem.

My admin control panel is all text; white background and blue text only, NO GRAPHICS. He said when he logged in using his admin account (the one I had to create for him to do the install) it is fine. When I log in, there is the problem. He said to delete my cookies. I deleted everything in IE and FF, re-logged in, and I still get no graphical interface with my admin control panel. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Tried both. Logged in under his account, saw the same thing. Cleared all cache and cookies from my browser, uploaded to admincp file, still see the same. This is what I am seeing:

"He said when he logged in using his admin account it is fine."

Have you asked him to send you a screen shot? It appears as though the css that is used for the acp is not being reference or simply isn't there. Go to your maintenance area of the acp and run a diagnostic check on your files. See if any appear to have been modified that you wouldn't have expected to. You may also want to roll back this change to see if you can get this back.

that is odd that looks like some kind of style or css problem. go into maintenance and run repair optimize tables. see if that fixs it, if not. you may have to revert your style or something

but running that wont hurt anything anyways check all run it

Did it. All files came back with this message:

              Check Status: OK
Optimize Status: Table is already up to date
              Regards,

Any other ideas? I tried changing the styles back to the default setting, and it still does the same thing.
                  Regards,
                  Lou

yes its ok on tables its in the css more than likely this update is not compatible somehow with your style or its not for vb 4.0.3 and its conflicting, you could try and install your style again that will rewrite your css or uninstall or disable that photo mod and then do that.

Make sure the files are uploaded, specificly the cpstyles folder, can you access yourforumdomain.com/forumfolder/cpstyles ?

Well, I paid to have PhotoPost 7.01 installed, that is the gallery I had added, so I don't want to uninstall that. I will try to reload the style. How can I reload the Default style? Is that just uploading one file, and if so, which one? Thanks guys, I appreciate the help.

Zachery, reuploading that folder. I found the file. I will update on the process when it's up. Thank you for the suggestion. <crosses fingers>

your last option will be to update your board, get a copy of 4.0.3 pl1 and unzip it, remove
install.php and favicon.ico if you use a favicon, and the images from misc folder. zip it back up and upload it all to there place

                            run http://www.waterdragonforums.com/install/upgrade.php
that will overwrite what ever it is
