[Forum] Unread posts stored via sql and not cookie side

I am unsure of this feature and didn't want to go live until I had determined if it was available.

I know in phpbb3 you had the option of selecting if users would store new post info via their cookies or through the database. I prefer the database as a lot of my users browse with multiple computers.

Is this an option in vb 4.0.3?

use the full database option.
