[Forum] Forum Statistics, Wrong information after 4.0.3 Upgrade

Hi,

I have updated my vb to 4.0.3 today and now I can not see all user count in forum Statistics, I have 10,000+ members and it is showing 7,845 only.

Why?

Yes, exactly same.

Users Awaiting Email Validation no longer counted.

I actually prefer it this way. If someone hasn't verified their email, they're not a member yet.

The long and short of it is:
Some people who like to artificially boost their "membership" numbers by collecting non-verifieds will not like it.
Others who rely on actual member numbers, think this approach is a Godsend.
