[Forum] database problem.please help

i just gote this error
last night is be work ok
i dont make any changes in database
only make few changes in stilevars
this is the error

Empty (not delete!) your "session" table (with phpMyAdmin: TRUNCATE TABLE session;) and check if your scheduled tasks are running correctly (AdminCP -> Scheduled Tasks -> Scheduled Task Manager).
