[Forum] Problems with attached image options- only allows URL options and no PC upload

I would appreciate an answer to this as well. However, my situation is a bit different. some users see the bottom option (with both tabs) and others only get the upload option. I have tested different users to make sure they are in the same usergroup and such. Just can't figure it out.

Seems to be a browser issue. Hope they get it fixed.

edit: interesting, both above are in Firefox.

I'm in the habit of switching to IE8 when I have trouble. What versions of VB are the two examples?
