not sure but probably would have to either use a tabs hack that gives the control possibly found at vbulletin.org http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/searc...rchid=15216410
, or edit it in your style template -
you should be able to find it in the style manager under navbar. But you will have to follow some breadcrumbs to get there. With that i mean is that it's not gonna be there like <a href="#">Forum</a> it's probably gonna be vb4's new style thing {vb:navbar something}

guys....just search for a phrase forum
GO > ACP > LANGUAGE & PHRASES > SEARCH IN PHRASES
- Search for Text : forum
- Search in ... Phrase Variable Name Only
- Case-Sensitive: YES
- Exact Match: YES
- Find
EDIT > COPY DEFAULT TEXT > INSERT forums > SAVE

I've had nightmares with the nav-tabs for what I've needed, but I've stumbled across this plugin which has solved my problems: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=233629
I've used the 'hide' option for the vb tabs and just added new replacement ones, I found it very easy despite no website design/build/coding experience.
