Well, perhaps in come cases (see my earlier Mustang Analogy).

But as the Original Poster (OP), the code Lynne provided me worked perfectly. And as I suggested in a previous post, it may have been that I had already modified two key elements that made it work:

1. I had already increase the Font Size of the thread topic titles for easier reading by members.
2. I had already changed the default color of the thread topic title to a blue.

So if I had not already done the above items, then I may be asking for more codes from Lynne. But my dog already hunts and has found the treat Lynne pointed it to.
