[Forum] Usergroup Inheritance

In the control panel for creating a new user group the choice says "Create Forum Permissions Based off of Usergroup." The help feature says "This setting ensures that your newly created usergroup will have the same forum permissions as an existing usergroup. This is especially important when creating new usergroups that won't have permission to all forums."

So, I am trying to set up a new usergroup that will start out having the same settings as an Admin, and then I want to change a couple settings. But this feature is not transferring the settings. When I save the new usergroup, all the settings are in the default position.

That setting doesn't change the settings for the usergroup but does for the Forum Permissions. When creating your new usergroup, select the option at the top of the page to "Create Usergroup Based off of Usergroup:"
