        It's Forums-->forum_sidebar_width

        To make a point this is exactly why i feel the new stylevar system is designed by a sadistic person, who is enjoying the immense pain (s)he has given developers world around who want to customize their VB design. At least there should be a way we can use the ****ing CTRL+F text search to find what we are looking for in the stylevars.

          Thanks you for the help Sadikb. Fortunately we can get help from each other. Otherwise the staff also enjoy us roaming in the maze of VB4 and never bother to help.

            Thanks. Is there something similar for the CMS sidebars?

              CMS sidebars width depends on the Grid you have selected for your layout. There are several Grid options (if you installed the default CMS data) which should suffice most people.

                Personally, I would prefer to see the Support team looking after customers with valid problems, rather than those who are unable to locate a specific stylevar so the can customise their forumhome.

                  Like the fact there is no manual?

                    It seems there is only the option of 120, 160, 240 or 300px there.

                      Yes, you are right

                      I think a custom grid can be made, but I haven't explored how because the 240px was what I wanted, which was already there.

                        Would you mind sharing what you are using for your CMS grid on your Oracle Forums? That's exactly what I am after.

                          Sure,

                          I am using 2 Column + Sidebar (25%, 75%, 240px) Grid on all sections.
