i'm searching for the vB Project Tools like you have them here (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/project.php) for my vB 4.0.2, too.

Where can i download it (where is it available)?

It's not available. It may be available in the future but will either be a paid add-on or a mod released at vb.org.

I know that there are thousand things around the developers heads, but in the name of thousands of vB 3.x / 4.x users, please package up the tool and release it

It's a matter of priorities and right now I think they are working on bugs in the tracker.

The people over there are *****ing about releasing something before it's ready and the people over here are *****ing cause they want something released before it's ready. Hard to find a winning strategy.
