    [Forum] upgrade.php (500 Internal Server)

When I try to run the upgrade.php (3.65 to 4.02) I get the following error:

    Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

This is something you'll need to check your server error logs for and speak to your host to resolve.

          Thanks for the reply.

I managed to change the permissions on the old software so my forum still works.

Is it normal when uploading new software that the permissions don't allow you to access the software via the browser??
