I only see one video for each article listed on that page.
However, I had this issue on my test site and put it in the bug tracker here - Double youtube image in preview Is that the issue you were seeing?

Thanks Lynne, i discoverd a basic resolve of sorts by using the preview break. Unfortunately, that affects how you present the remainder of the article in preview form. Yes, it was the same problem.VB 5.4.1 - PHP 7..2.4 - MySQL 5.5.56
