This is how you create the Scheduled Task if you don't already have it:
Title: Search Queue Update
Minute: 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50
Active: Yes
Filename: ./includes/cron/queueprocessor.php

Thanks. I checked my scheduled task manager. It is not listed. ( I am running 4.0.1)
1) Is it expected to be there for every installation ?
2) If not, on what circumstances that I need to add this to the task list ?Comment

This Scheduled Task was added around 4.0.1 or so but for some reason it wasn't getting added automatically during the upgrade script on some sites. So, if you are one of the sites where it didn't get added, then you should add it manually. You need to add it if you at any time had vboptions > message searching options > queue search updates set to Yes (or if you currently have it set to yes). If you have it set to yes, you will want to leave it enabled so it runs every 10 minutes. If you have it set to No, but used to have it set to Yes, you will want to create the job and run it manually, but then you may disable it (but you must enable it if you set that option to Yes).
