That is from a modification. There is no table called 'search' in vb4. There was in vB3 though. So, turn off the modification and you should stop getting the errors.

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

I found the problem, it was in my "Thank You hack"

      But thanks for your reaction!

It's the same for me. How did you solve the problem? Now I have stopped the mod but it is very appreciated from users so I need to repair it. Any idea?
        Thanks.

Good question. My population loves that hack. Which table would it run instead?

The equivelent table is called searchlog.

However, the table definition and contents are not exactly the same, so you cannot just change the name in any code.

Man, this upgrade has been unpleasant. Hacks I thought would be available are not, when I try to fix them I find out that even the simplest functions have been made complex and that I have to add thirty plugins to render things...

I'm going to need to take a class on this...

Anyway, I simply shut off the profile links that put in a search link and it stopped all the database errors. I would just like to fix that particular part if I can. Is there some blog or something that covers new search functionality in vb4?
