[Forum] Issues with members who are on the Ignore List

1. If you have someone on your ignore list, they shouldn't be able to view your profile.

2. Also why is that when attempting to send a message to someone who has you on ignore that message get sent but the recipient never receives it?
It appears to get lost in limbo somewhere.
If the person who is being ignored goes in to their sent messages, there's a recorded of that private message being sent.

1. I believe number one is a feature request, users are generaelly not supposed to know you have them on ignore. This is a feature request I think.


2. Its sent but just not displayed. If you remove them from ignore it shows.
