[Forum] The home page is not visible to guests and users that are not logged in

The home page is not visible to guests and users that are not logged in.

Where do I change the setting that allows surfers to see the home page?

Also, can I change text size?
    Things seem a bit small.

I can click to the forum listings on the top menu, but it would be nice for non-logged users to see more on the home page.

I was able to rebuild the search function by reindexing it.
For 224,790 posts, it took about an hour.

To get to the forum, it now reads http://www.terrylove.com/forums/forum.php

      It used to read www.terrylove.com/forums
Most of my users have book marked this web address.

I guess what I should have said, is that the Home page is now a page that looks pretty bleak, and it says that the average surfer needs to log in or register and log in before they can see more content on the page.
It would be nice to allow the average surfer to see content on that page.
      That's not a simple setting?
AdminCP > vBulletin CMS > Permissions
I've gone into Vbulletin CMS, Permissions and checked all the User Group boxes under "Can Read"
However, you still have to be registered and logged in to see the "Home" page.

So I can assume that this is a bug that will be fixed?

I think the CMS permissions should be integrated into the usergroup permissions somewhere, this question gets asked a lot.

ANyone figured this out yet? I am having the same issues. I have set all the permissions correctly but cannot seem to allow anyone but admins to see the home page. Eek!

Set permission preview to no. Then it will become visible.

I'd like to bump this as I'm having the same issue as well. On my CMS permissions all groups, including guests are set for read status, yet there is still issues with the home page.

                  Update: here's the fix

It seems that when I did the update it unpublished things. The problem is not in the CMS permission area but in the home page and if it is published or not.

go to AdminCP - Vbulletin CMS - Section Manager -

Make sure the drop down menu is set to published. If it is unpublished only the admin can see it.
