[CMS] Text to right of image problem

In IE I can get the text to the right of an image by using the settings in the pop box. When I view the page right after setting the page, all looks right.

When I return to the page the next time, the text is not to the right of the image. Any fixes for this?

Edit the article and hover over the image. You will see a pencil show up. Click on it. Then select Alignment > left . Save.
